Applicants are required to provide their name or organization, links to previous projects/work and/or GitHub, brief background information in 50 words or less, and links to previous experience building on Sia (i.e. a small demo of something built on Sia Storage).

  • The Foundation can only pay out grant funds in $USD via ACH or wire.
  • Grant payments will be made monthly.

What is the high-level architecture overview for the grant, i.e. how does your project build on Sia? What security best practices are you following? Please review our Development Guide for further details.

What are the goals of this small grant? Please provide a general timeline for completion.

Provide monthly measurable and easy to understand milestones with clear coding deliverables so progress can be evaluated. Research or learning milestones will not be accepted. Milestones may be modified or rejected to ensure they’re reasonable and effective evaluation checkpoints. Missed milestones may result in further payments being withheld.
